With over five years operating as a company and more than 20 years of collective experience, Onsight Earthworks has been involved in a wide range of projects across Central Otago.

From Wānaka to Cromwell and Queenstown, our work includes trail construction, rock wall builds, housing foundations, and site preparation for residential and commercial developments.

The Crew

Hayden brings over 10 years of experience as a machine operator and project manager, with a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and consistently high-quality work.

Beyond the technical skill he shows in every machine he hops into, Hayden brings a grounded nature and easy way of working with others that adds a huge amount to OnSight Earthworks. He’s steady, considered, and reliable.

Outside of work, Hayden is passionate about nature, he is also an exceptionally talented mountain biker, riding steep, rocky terrain with a level of skill few can match.

Liam, founder of OnSight Earthworks, has more than 10 years of experience as a machine operator and decided to put that experience into building his own company.

He is an efficient and highly skilled operator, known for his eye for detail, strong work ethic, and genuine care for the surroundings he works in.

Alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the business, Liam is also out on the ground doing whatever is needed to keep things moving.

Outside of work, Liam spends time with his family and enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, and alpine climbing.

Morgan is our youngest crew member, and at just 20 years old she is already a qualified truck driver who can jump on just about any machine.

She is hardworking, quick to learn, and brings real energy and determination to the team.

Morgan is also humble, kind, and a great person to have on site. As a sponsored mountain biker, her riding, technical skill, and fearless tricks are seriously impressive.

Beyond that, Morgan trains kickboxing every week and keeps an active and social lifestyle.

Raquel is the one keeping everything in order behind the scenes. With extensive experience across the main accounting software platforms, she helps us manage accounts, bills, and all the important details in between that keep a business running smoothly.

With over 15 years of experience helping companies stay organised, she brings calm, structure, and consistency to the day-to-day.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, getting out for walks, and maintaining an active social life.

Honestly, we couldn’t keep up the good work without her.

Tieta is our web designer, videographer, and social media manager — bringing her incredible eye for design, content, and digital storytelling into everything we do.

She runs her own freelance business, creating websites, visuals, and content for local businesses, and she’s the one behind this beautiful website.

You’ll also see her out with her camcorder, capturing the work and the people behind the business.

Outside of work, you’ll find her on her skateboard, out on a hike, or jumping on the digger or loader while building backyard bike trails with the family.
